RICS: The challenge
RICS requested Formative’s support to provide coverage at their annual World Built Environment Forum. With a packed schedule, RICS was seeking daily, fast-turnaround feature articles that offered considered insight in the primary themes discussed at the event.

Our approach
One of our senior writing team attended the two-day event to produce the session summaries required.
We worked with the RICS team ahead of time, reviewing the agenda and determining the best topics for the articles.
Our writer sat in on multiple sessions, gathering content, drawing out key themes and developing a narrative thread.
Each of the articles was reviewed and approved on-site, to be sent out via a newsletter during the conference.

The outcome
We produced six articles over the course of the conference, each of which drew on several sessions to provide a high-level overview of the content discussed.
The articles were sent on a daily newsletter to showcase the best of the content from the event and highlight what people may have missed.
