Around half of our team members have some kind of flexible working schedule, and all team members can choose where they prefer to work – from home or the office.

In addition, every team member has a personal development plan that serves as a roadmap for their development activities throughout the year. The newsroom
Inspired by the TV news background of our founders, we’ve always encouraged a newsroom atmosphere in our Beaconsfield office. Our newsroom is now hybrid, with team members choosing whether to work from home or the office. But the approach is the same, regardless.
The pace is fast, but attention to detail, clear processes and a real pride in our work ensure that quality is always paramount. We also like a laugh, so there is plenty of social interaction and opportunities to get to know your colleagues.
